Mad Annie Caribbean Geinger Sauce - Ann Kline Originator
STIR FRY: BEEF or PORK:

MAD ANNIE'S sauce. Add cut up broccoli and red pepper. Cover and simmer until veggies (about 15 minutes) cooked. Serve over white rice and add more
MAD ANNIE'S if desired.

CHICKEN:

Cut up and saute 2 whole chicken breasts in 1 TBL SP butter.Add snow peas and cut up carrots. Add 1/4 c. MAD ANNIE'S . Cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Serve plain or over cooked white rice.

CARIBBEAN PINEAPPLE BURGERS:
This is a party favourite

Add 1/8 C. MAD ANNIE'S to 1 1/2 lb. ground round mix well. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste. Shape into patties and broil. Sauté pineapple rings in 3 Tblsp MAD ANNIE'S . Top burgers with rings. Serve on buns. A small cup of MAD ANNIE'S may be served on the side for dipping your burger. Makes 5-6 burgers.

CARIBBEAN DIP SANDWICHES

Sauté thinly sliced roast beef or London broil in 1/4 C. MAD ANNIE'S . Serve on toasted French subs. Heat up 1/4 C. MAD ANNIE'S in microwave. Serve in small cups for dipping. BBQ for chicken, burgers, fish, steak, pork Salt and pepper meat to taste. While BBQing, brush with MAD ANNIE'S until done.

GRILLED CARIBBEAN WALLA WALLA ONIONS

Cut just the tops off of 4-5 medium sized Walla Walla onions. Place all the onions right side up on tin foil. Place on the BBQ and drizzle MAD ANNIE'S over and inside the onions as they open up upon cooking. Keep drizzleing until the onions are tender. Cut in 1/4 and serve as a side dish.

DEEP FRIED DISHES
chicken strips ~ prawns ~ mushrooms ~ sweet potatoes ~ green beans ~ zucchini

Use tempura batter to coat any of the above, deep fry and serve with a small cup of
MAD ANNIE'S for dipping

CARIBBEAN CUBE STEAKS

Pound to tenderise 4-5 cube steaks soak to marinade 2-3 hours. Grill or BBQ
